It is a Sheikah settlement located on the northern edge of the western Necluda province, tucked away in a mountainous region set east of the Lanayru Wetlands . WebFirst time through, I couldn't figure out how to get that orb either. After dinking around longer than I'd like to admit, I broke down and looked it up. You have to do certain side quests around Kakariko before you can get it. Turns out I had missed one of the quests completely, which prevented triggering the sequence leading up to getting it.
