WebOct 29, 2016 · Running the DirSync manually has the same problem (I should point out that it is ADSync that I am using as DirSync is outdated) We did have an on-premise exchange which was set up in a hybrid configuration with O365 for the migration of the users, this has since be shutdown and the hybrid configuration disabled.
