WebHoselink is NOT a reliable product. The first unit arrived damaged out of the box and was unusable. Hoselink support was good and replaced it with a new one promptly. However, the second unit did not fully retract and has a good 5 meters of hose hanging out! I tried everything to get it to work, but it will never fully retract.
