Web27 de dez. de 2011 · IIRC, the late SwampFox said he uses AutoComp in his 155gr XTP loads, but that was a while back. last i checked, he used Longshot exclusively in 10mm but adjusted the OAL and primer type for light bullets, I dont have the pressure testing equipment he does so i dont want to do that. Web26 de jun. de 2024 · It was confirmed 5 or more years ago that 800x was the most efficient powder for 165gr. & below, and longshot was for 180 & 200. AA9 is very good also, but won't quite measure for full power like longshot.

Web4 de abr. de 2024 · Been loading 10mm for a long time. Early on tried 800x but it meters like corn flakes. Used Longshot with good velocity results but pressure climbs really quick near max charges. About a year ago I tried Be-86 and I'm very happy with it. Velocity is as good as 800x and Longshot but meters better and seems to be lower pressure.
Web3 de jan. de 2024 · I use Longshot for hot 10mm. I load 13.2gr under a Nosler HP, shoot them out of a Glock 20 with a 6" KKM barrel. I average between 1810fps to 1825fps. It is a smoking hot load. I have tried it in 40, it is very hot also. I have a Glock 24 with a 6" KKM barrel I need to chrono them out of.
