Note: My version of RCT 2 is from Amazon, but it works. Just take the .dll files and copy them into the folder that contains the RCT2 application file. Another suggestion is to replace / with // or \ If it still doesn't work; try Ctrl+Shift+H to set the working directory same as the folder that as your .csv file.
