WebThe sbatch command reads down the shell script until it finds the first line that is not a valid SBATCH directive, then stops. The rest of the script is the list of commands or tasks that the user wishes to run. There are many options to the "sbatch" command. The table lists a few commonly used options. Websbatch will stop processing further arguments once the first non-comment, non-whitespace line has been reached in the script. If you want to submit a GPU job, you only need to make some minor changes to the above script, i.e. changing the cluster and partition names a well as specifying the number of requested GPUs:
