WebNov 10, 2014 · I found it occurs after waking from Intel Rapid Start Tech - S4 deep sleep. The Dell Power Manager pops up with the error since it cannot talk to the battery during S4 state. I uninstalled the Dell Power Manager to get rid of the error message.
